I would like to request the removal of one (very old) email of mine
containing my real name (uncensored "From:" field) under the GDPR "right
to be forgotten"

Considering that was nearly 7 years ago, I no longer have access to that
specific email address, but I can verify my legal identify if that even
matters (since that mailing list is long dead as well).
