Replace "Help" with a PC key that's mapped to Help. By default that
should be "Page Up", but you can map any ST key to any PC key with
the Hatari keyboard mapping file.
Additionally, you need a keyboard that supports giving separate key
events for these keys, even when they're pressed down at the same time.
