I think it was more about deciding what binaries we should release in 
the future.
The 32 bit windows is maybe (certainly ?) useless nowadays

As there's no "one solution fits all" for this problem of console vs GUI 
app vs "-W" switch, maybe we should decide if we provide 2 64 bit 
binaries (console and gui) to cover most usage and drop the 32 bit version.
