VME and SCC info are also a bit out of date / inconsistent.

I think HW table note could be changed to something like "Hatari 
supports VME SCU registers + interrupts, but does not emulate any VME 
devices", and some note of VME be added also to MegaSTE + TT lists below 
the table.

HW table states that there's full SCC support, but machine feature lists 
under it either state it being incomplete, or are missing note about it.
