I've never seen this issue before (though I really rarely use floppy
    disks
with Falcon emulation). I just gave it a quick try, but I did not
    encounter
the issue. Could you maybe provide some more detailed instructions
    on how to
    reproduce the problem?

    - How did you create the floppy disk image? Via Hatari's dialog?

Definitely.

    - What's the geometry of the disk? (single/double sided? HD? Sectors?

       Tracks?)

The defaults in Hatari.

    - Do you have any AUTO start programs or ACCs? If so, could you please
       also try without them?

Nope, nothing.

    - Can you give an example on how to create such a floppy, e.g. copy
    these
and that contents of a ZIP file to the disk, then it should
    happen with
this and that file on the disk...

I have just tried it, see the attached archive:

- executed the script
- enabled A:
- created a blank disk image
- enabled GEMDOS HD
- reset
- copied some stuff from C:, basically it stopped on the first file

As I said, sometimes it's not obvious when you try just a couple of files but when I'm about to copy a folder from a hard disk (emulated or not), it shows.

Hi

just in case, could it be that some of the files you copy from gemdos HD have "strange" attributes/ownership ? Or maybe a date that appears to be in the future ? or similar things ?

Nicolas
