I assume you copied the snapshot version of Hatari over the current version that you were running. When I upgrade VirtualC64 or VAmiga using MacUpdater, I do not get that message either. I copied Hatari to another directory entirely so the Mac would see the program as well. That way, if there was any problem with the snapshot that Nicolas linked to, my existing Hatari would still run normally.

no I didn't overwrite an older version, I keep all dev-versions with a unique name, like "Hatari-20250619".
