I haven't yet had time to run Hatari boot tester with relevant TOS versions, but hopefully can do it next weekend.

I've done that for EmuTOS 1024k Git version.

No issues found, but I did some TOS boot tester improvements to be able to test additional Hatari <bool> option combinations.

I'll test Atari TOS versions later on.

Some other testing from the release checklist that I've thought to do before release, is checking Linux 6.15 (RSN),

Currently working on this. The new "atari-drm" gfx driver has some problems, but I do not yet know whether they are kernel or Hatari issues. I don't think them to be regressions though, so it won't block release.

and that some subset of Falcon games & demos still work as expected.

Did some testing for these too, along with ASAN testing. Fixed a leak reported by ASAN.

Christian post-poned EmuTOS release couple of weeks due to large number of small fixes that went in after testing done for the RC1/RC2 releases, so that testing is hopefully in time...

One more thing I'm working on, is STDOOM profiling/debugging.

I'd like to do some Hatari changes to make it easier to enable debug features for autostarted programs, hopefully before release.

I think a new release is a great idea!

You could post-pone it after next EmuTOS release (which is in release process currently) though, so that EmuTOS version that supports also all Falcon features, can be included with Hatari binary releases.

This will leave some time to go through Hatari release process:
https://www.hatari-emu.org/doc/release-checklist.txt

I may then also check Linux 6.15 before Hatari release, v6.15 should also be out before end of the month.

I see the activity was rather quiet lately (at least on my side, I was quite busy with less time to code)

So maybe it would be a good time to release Hatari 2.6 with the current devel content ? (that would be nearly 1 year since Hatari 2.5 was released :) )

I don't have anything more to add to the code at the moment. What about others ?

Does someone need more time to complete some changes ? (doc, code, etc)

Nicolas
