[hatari-devel] Hatari run-time option switching problem

Hi,

Orion reports issue with options set in a Hatari config file, loaded at 
run-time.

Sometimes cycle-accuracy mode, and some other things set in new config 
file do not work correctly:

Original issue was with Hrd version, but Tat could replace it with 
Hatari Git version.
