Yes.

But I noticed that "info" level is actually the default, I have only locally increased it to "warn".

=> I'm wondering whether "warn" should actually be the default as most users probably aren't that interested on the extra info.

It's shown whenever emulation is paused i.e:
* When user invokes Hatari dialog
* One of the other shortcuts that require emulation to be paused (e.g.
"Pause") is used
* Remote API receives "hatari-stop" command

But _only_ if:
* Log level is increased from default to "info" level, and
* Hatari is either in fast-forward benchmark mode
