1. Check that you get SDL key event from those key combos:
-----------------
cd tests/keymap/
make
../checkkeys
-----------------

2. If not, check that AltGr (and e.g. those keys) are not mapped by your 
desktop for some other purpose.

3. Try binding those shortcuts again in Hatari Keyboard setup dialog.
