Most likely, yes. And also double-clicks in GEM programs.

Yes, that is also something which most emulators struggle with, including aranym. Problem is that, in order to sync them, the emulator needs to know where the emulated machine currently displays its own cursor. But that is not always possible, given that a lot of games have there own routines to draw the mouse cursor.
