I spent the day digging into mapping the keyboard of my Japanese
Panasonic Let's Note keyboard to Hatari, and got some
semi-satisfactory results, summarized here:

I don't have a lot of time for digging into the Hatari source code
unguided, but I could help with testing and feedback, if anyone wants
to take on getting the keyboard to fit better.
