the error you get is when reading fffa11 register in MFP, but there was no change to MFP code in this latest commit.
what machine are you running (falcon maybe ?)

can you try at least with STF/STE mode to see if it fails too ?

do you run any additional software in your test (drivers or others) than just plain tos ?

After recompiling with your changes hatari terminates with a segmentation
fault when I start it from the command line and then terminate hatari with
Ctrl-C. I'm quite sure that before there was no segmentation fault. Platform
is Linux 64 bit.
