[hatari-devel] DSP interrupts replacement code

After 6 years of tries, I've finally managed to replace my old DSP 
interrupts code by Andreas code (from previous emulator).

I've adapted his code to add the SSI interrupts and I've tested the 
result with many different programs (demos, games and music utilities) 
that use the DSP.

I didn't notice any regression.

Please, if you can do some testing and tell me if you notice anything.


Andreas's code is more robust than mine. With his code, I could remove 
the Hostport interrupt I added for lockup demo, it nows works as it 
always should have.

I'll now try to integrate the SCI clock interrupt with this new 
"interrupts core" and see if I get better results.
