this should now be fixed.

there was an issue when emulating microwire clock at 1 MHz to shift mask 
when cpu freq was > 8 MHz.

I also fixed the fact that the megaSTE should start at boot at 8 MHz, 
not 16 MHz (as verified on real HW)
