I'm afraid this problem has reappeared. Between "hatari-7c9c4216
2019-04-07" and "hatari-e3c9e1d3 2019-04-09", the Windows builds were
switched from working libreadline7 to buggy libreadline8 again. This
makes them crash as soon as you try to enter the debugger.

Christer, please keep using libreadline7 until a bug-free libreadline8
is available.
