Hi
I don't understand your scenario. In your first email you wrote "use 
AltGr-C to cold boot after EmuTOS bootup logo " which is right after 
boot, but now you say you need to wait for desktop to appear ?

Then you say to press alt+c several times, do you mean you need to press 
it after desktop appears, then machine resets, then screen goes white, 
then you press alt+c again before emutos logo and machine summary appears ?

Maybe you could post a small video somewhere ?

I have an other PC which is still running linux 32 bit, I will try on it
