Could somebody else building Hatari on OSX test the patch before
we commit it?

PS. How the FIFO stuff worked?

(I don't know whether any OS could silently ignore the non-blocking
flag for open(), but if that happens, Hatari would freeze on startup
when --cmd-fifo option is used.)
