[hatari-devel] Spectrum512 not working correctly

Hi,

It seems that Spectrum512 has regressed:

In the compatibility doc it has been documented to work
with Hatari v1.7, but now that I tested it with latest
Hatari, v1.8 and all versions between, it didn't work
properly.

The screen flickers, maybe once a second and I think
the screen border doesn't look right either.

Note: Spectrum512 needs 60Hz, and video-timings option
doesn't seem to have any impact on it.
