If commit has accidental extra changes, *before* you push it out,
you could either backout or amend it to correct that, and do
separate commit for the other changes.

(I've done that kind of things only with Git where it's IMHO easier,
but it should work with HG to.  In think backout is seen in history,
amend corrects the latest commit.)
