For me, it works well. Here are my settings:

Hatari 2.0 new core

Machine type : Falcon
Video timings : Wakestate3 (why is this here ?)
Falcon DSP: Full

Blitter in ST mode is checked
Patch timer D is not checked
Boot faster ... is not checked

CPU: 68030, CPU clock 16 Mhz, FPU 68882

Cpu parameter :
Prefetch mode is on
cycle exact is off
MMU is off
24 bits adressing is ON

TOS 4.04 Fr
Memory 14 Mb
