No, sorry it doesn't.  Attached is a ZIP with the source & executable for my 
test program.  When it runs on real TT hardware, the stripes of colour (and the 
whole screen) change colour after every bank switch, and the message is "OK" 
for every bank.  On Hatari, the stripes & screen do not change colour, and 
errors (usually 16) are reported for every bank.  This is with your patch, but 
IIRC it was the same before the patch.
