Steem somehow supports write track : it extracts the sector data from 
the track and ignore all the rest.
It will work if the track only contains 9 or 10 sectors of 512 bytes, 
else it will faill to give the correct result.

I could do a similar thing in Hatari, but that looks really like an 
approximation that will solve only a few cases and not the whole problem 
(for example, DragonFlight save disk would still not work).

If I have to spend time on this, I'd rather add a format that record the 
whole tracks / sectors and allow to read them later (same as the .wd1772 
file I added to write to STX, but extended to a standalone format like 
..ST or .MSA).
