Thanks too. I hate to bother you more, but here is another thing
I noticed in the same place:

1)
--max-width <x>
--max-height <x>
are mentioned in:
http://hg.tuxfamily.org/mercurialroot/hatari/hatari/raw-file/tip/doc/manual.html#Falcon_TT_specific_display_options
but work with ST and STe also (as they should).

2)
The only checkbox that is "Falcon/TT only" is
"Keep desktop resolution"

Note that "Max zoomed win" corresponds to:
--max-width <x>
--max-height <x>

possible suggestion:
[x] Keep desktop
    resolution
    Falcon/TT

Doing something similar to the suggestion above would require
changes to Hatari and manual.html
