Enabling fast FDC access making things slower sounds ... unexpected. :-)

Or should this be a topic for a v1.8?

I guess that depends on how much work / changes fixing it requires.

As paulo warned me ahead of the release, I already gave it a look. There's a timing problem somewhere in the FDC that makes sector reading faster than a real ST (even in accurate mode). In that case, the demo gets confused and slow down (certainly due to the real time loading + depacking used that requires specific delays).

I can make it works by tweaking the fdc, but in a way that it fixes only this demo and cold break other things. This is a part I didn't rewrite in 1.6.0 with the rest of the FDC. I can add it, but it would take time to check it doesn't break anything else.

So, unless I have time to fix it in the next days, I think Hatari 1.7 will have to be released without this :(
This will go in a 1.7.1 version if needed.
