Hido you mean that when --debug or -D are not used, some exceptions are starting the debugger ?
If so, I agree this should not be the case, by default the debugger should not be called, to mimic a real machine as close as possible (except maybe for the double bus error, but this is very rare and often due to a complete "mess" at the cpu level)
