Jerome's latest Universal Binary build:
I get the following error when starting it up:

Exception Type: EXC_BREAKPOINT (SIGTRAP)

Exception Codes: 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000000

Application Specific Information:

dyld: launch, loading dependent libraries

Dyld Error Message:

  Library not loaded: @rpath/SDL.framework/Versions/A/SDL

  Referenced from: /Users/USER/Downloads/*/Hatari.app/Contents/MacOS/Hatari

  Reason: image not found

If you have the SDL framework pre-loaded (downloaded from libsdl.org), then
his binary appears to work fine.

Andreas Universal Binary build:

Hatari (non-Falcon build)

- Appears to work fine. I saw the Mac-specific dialogs and preferences. I
did notice that the YM sound preference (added after 1.6.1 if I remember
correctly) was not in the Sound preference menu. However, you can access it
by using the SDL menu if necessary.

Hatari Falcon (Falcon build)

I do not have any Falcon games to try on it. However, fullscreen mode
works. Hatari Falcon does crash on exit. That does not happen to the
non-Falcon build. Also, in Falcon mode, the SDL menu text disappears so you
have no idea which options to select. I also see a white vertical line on
the right-hand side of the Falcon screen. You also lose the text next to
each Hatari LED.

I noticed the same Falcon problems if you set the Hatari binary to be a
Falcon. I do not know if doing this activates the new winUAE code or
whether it has to be compiled in a special way to receive the new core.

At least on the Mac (I cannot speak for Linux), there appear to be problems
with using Hatari in Falcon mode. However, even with the missing YM mixer
sound preference in the OS X menu, the binary created by Andreas appears to
work fine as an ST or STe.

I would prefer to see an Xcode build posted to Tuxfamily since it is more
Mac-like. I did not offer the binary I compiled since it is not a Universal
Binary and it probably can only be run using 10.6 or later.

If Jerome can confirm the SDL framework problem and it can be corrected,
his version has all of the newest preferences. If other Mac users had the
problem that I had with fullscreen mode, they can download the released
version of the SDL framework to correct the problem.

However, right now for me, the binary created by Andreas does not show any
problem as an ST or STe except for the missing YM mixer preference in the
OS X preferences.
