[hatari-devel] Louder STE plus Distortion

Hi Nicolas,

This patch makes the STE as loud as the ST and also allows the STE
to distort at the same level as a real STE. We could have had this
for a long time, but I was not sure if it would be ok. I listened
to various demos and used 'stequalizer' ste_eq10.prg.

I'm now certain this is ok and brings the STE closer to reality.
