Since we don't know wher we're putting the files, they should go in /tmp which is a world writable place. I'm planning to put hem in the user home directory
udev rules now work quite fine. I just need to correct the ttyUSB* device group to something more realistic than dialout
group selection and mode are also working well, at least on Ubuntu.

Conflict resolution
Files should now be put in the user directory. SInce I used a function, we might easily modify it to let the user choose the directory
