Description

Now GluonPlayer::Authentication can load saved credentials from Attica. Also, now GluonPlayer::Authentication::init() must be called to set things up (like provider etc) before any Authentication work be done.
Login form has been modified accordingly.

Testing

Works fine when used in the login form.
