[eledmac] English correction

Dear eledmac' users,

I would like to release a new version eledmac/eledpar.

For major version, I have asked to Rebecca Chung to read my English, in ordre to have a correct handbook.

Unfortunatly, I have no news of Rebecca. 

Does some of you could correct it ?
