It is back up now.

It's hosted by https://www.tuxfamily.org/. The hosting service has gone down a few times this past year, but you can see service updates directly on tuxfamily.org. When the entire hosting service goes down, there's nothing we can do - it has nothing to do with Eigen specifically.

We have a backup copy of the source documentation at https://libeigen.gitlab.io/docs/
