[eigen] transitivity of EIGEN_MAKE_ALIGNED_OPERATOR_NEW

I would like to get an authoritative answer to this question here: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/63216172/transitive-effect-of-eigen-eigen-make-aligned-operator-new

Basically, if class A has Eigen members and thus uses EIGEN_MAKE_ALIGNED_OPERATOR, should this macro also be added to class B which has a member of type A?
