[eigen] help: setNbThreads(12) doesn't work.

I set the number thread in the programm by api  setNbThreads(12), but the out of the number is still "1" 

cout<<" the number of thread "<<Eigen::nbThreads( )<<endl;

Wow, it looks like this is a nice test case with an exact solution.
Maybe it's worthwhile to add this to eigen tests?
