Recently we developed a C++ library for nuclear  magnetic  resonance simulations, and Eigen was fully used.

Anybody can help me to add a brief introduction for the 'Projects using Eigen'  section?

I guess the description you provided is already sufficient. 

Based on your description I suggest listing your project in the "Science" section. If thats okay for you I can add it.
