ENigMA is a multiphysics numerical library which uses Eigen.
ENigMA solves PDE using FEM, FVM, FDM, SPH methods and has own built-in mesh generators. It can perform thermal, structural or flow analysis using different numerical methods.
It's implementation wouldn't be possible without the wonderful Eigen library.
Hope you can add it to the list of projects.
