I cannot argue against this, given the name of the project it would
not harm to offer the best set of eigenvalues related algorithms ;)

For each proposal idea, we should also come up with a list of
arguments to make it appealing for "space" applications.

Ramaseshan: are you willing to apply to the SOCIS2011 program too?
