After the discussion on this list, plus private discussion with Gael
and Hauke, we moved to Bugzilla:

I've moved existing open bug reports from bitbucket to bugzilla except
for a few ones that didn't feel useful anymore. Hauke and Jitse, can
you please assign to yourselves the ones that used to be yours? You
can easily search for them, I wrote your first names in a comment on
them.
Also, can you please consider setting yourself as the default assignee
for any components that you feel responsible for. Being default
assignee means it's your job to find the right person to take care of
each incoming bug. Currently I've split components between Gael and
me.
I have written a wiki page about Bugzilla:

Eigen hackers, please have a look at it. It outlines some development
practices that I'm proposing but we haven't really discussed yet.
I have created the 3.0 and 3.0-beta2 tracking bugs, feel free to
populate bugzilla with the todo items from the TODO-for-3.0 page and
mark them as blocking the 3.0 tracking bug,

All that bugzilla business has eaten on my coding time and I'm not
done with the SVD changes I would like to make for beta2. So can we
please shift by 2 days? Thanks :)
