[eigen] OT: on the subject of open source work paying off

On the topic of generosity:  I find the story of Shawn Powers recent 
house fire inspiring.
For those who don't know him, he is a Linux Journal editor (which 
probably doesn't pay much ), school network admin (which certainly 
doesn't pay much)
He had a house fire a couple of weeks ago and the community has really 
helped him and his family

I had the pleasure of talking with him at Ohio Linuxfest last year.  He 
is passionate about educating the next generation.  Good guy.
