The INRIA stuff looks great. At least it's in central Paris. I want to emphasize that an ID is required to enter the building, double check that you bring one with your and not forget it at hotel or whereever.

My workplace is not really my workplace (i work from home, i'm a freelance), nor is it near "place d'Italie" either : it's on the other side of http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/La_Seine and (even) more in the center of Paris.
