J'étais contacté par l'une des responsables de NATEG Days 2013 en but de recherche des étudiants pour participer à cet événement et en particulier à cette section.

NATEG DAYS 2013

Student Perspective Sessions

Call for participation

Introduction

In an effort to increase the level of bi-directional interaction between NATEGers and students, NATEG is introducing “student perspective” sessions in its NATEG DAYS 2013 program. These sessions will provide a forum for student participants to present their point of view on this year’s theme, namely how engineers do/can bring good things to life. The sessions are interactive and will be led and animated by students. NATEG is seeking three (3) candidates to be featured speakers at the upcoming NATEG DAYS 2013 during the Student Perspective Sessions. Interested candidates are invited to submit a proposal for their potential participation as a featured speaker.

Eligibility

To be eligible to participate as a featured speaker in one of the 3 student perspective sessions, you must be:

  • A Tunisian undergraduate or graduate engineering student.
  • Enrolled in an accredited engineering school in Tunisia or North America (USA and Canada) during the currentacademic year (2012/2013).
  • Registered to attend NATEG DAYS 2013.

  • Proposal Submission

    After registering online to attend NATEG DAYS 2013, interested students can submit a proposal online from their user account . The proposal must adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Give the title of the speech/presentation and the name(s) of the author(s) .
  • Give an abstract (maximum 500 words) summarizing the proposed speech/presentation.
  • Identify clearly how the speech/presentation fits with the theme of“Engineers Bring Good Things to Life”.
  • Only one submission per person/team is accepted.
  • The deadline for submitting proposals is June 13th 2013.

  • Review Process& Acceptance Notification

    All entries will be reviewed and evaluated by NATEG based on originality, adherence to NATEG DAYS theme and potential impact level for all participants. Acceptance notifications will be sent out on June 20th 2013. Retained speakers are expected to submit their presentation material (electronic files) to NATEG by June 30th 2013. Timeline
