[CBLX] suite sur XandrOS + BrlTty (wishlist)

Salut la liste,

me revoici avec les derières news de ma tentative de faire proposer en
package tout-fait brltty sur le/les système/s XandrOS ou mini ordis roulant 
sous cet o s un peu exotique mais basé .deb tout de même.

La proposition qu'ils font est à la fois positive et en même temps un brin
hypocrite, car on est tous habitués à plus de souplesse et de liberté avec
les distribs principales, Debian et Ubuntu par ex.

Ceci dit, je vous met ma reaction en-dessous, qui a surtout eu pour but:
 a) de ne pas fermer des portes entrouvertes
 b) tout en me permettant quand-même quelques remarques directes, histoire de
leur mettre "le nez dans le caca": je veux dire que ces gens sont des
marchands qui comprennent en principe où est leur intérêt, dumoins s'il y a
possibilité de gagner plus. Il n'y a rien de mal à ce qu'ils vendent plus si
en plus c accessible à nous tous, et sur le même produit vendu en commerce
ordinaire (et pas chez l'une de ces firmes spécialisées en aides techniques
qui vide les caisses de nos instances subsidiantes)
 c) J'ai aussi tenté de leur faire comprendre que le coup par coup est pas
une stratégie intéressante à long terme; en effet, pour Asus je suis sensé
m'adresser à Asus, et j'imagine pour tous les autres fabricants idem... du
coup j'aurai encore beaucoup de boulot sans jamais avoir l'assurance de
solution pérennisable et long terme de la part de tous ces revendeurs.

Hi,

from what I understand:
 a) XandrOS can add brltty to the official XandrOS professional distribution:
IMHO this is OK, it may help anyway for example for business situations
where XandrOS is needed.
But it's a little bit absurd on the other hand, since the "normal" XandrOS
is mostly shipped with nettops/notebooks and may reach much more people ?!

	(note: en effet, pourquoi nous canaliser vers la version pro de leur
	o s alors qu'on en demande pas tant?)

 b) it's not so clear to me why it shouldn't be possible to provide brltty
for (/on) each existing and future available XandrOS-based devices:
- brltty is GPL
- it's since long years available on RedHat/Fedora, SuSE, Ubuntu and Debian.
So the reason isn't technical, but probably legal ?

I may of course contact for now Asus, but how much manufacturers are there 
worlwide who build and ship their embedded o s based on XandrOS ? I mean, 
there should be a better method insteaad of "one-shot actions": at long term
nobody is helped with 1-shot/isolated actions. 

	(note: je sais que c'est un peu direct mais c'est la vérité)

Appology for my bad English but I do my real best to let you understand the 
meaning of this:
in my humble opinion it would be nice to resolve the problem of equal access
to informatics for us, including to such portable devices, and I mean via 
a current computershop where sighted persons use to go for buying their PCs
aso.
