[cairo-compmgr] Error when building with --enable-glitz

When building cairo-compmgr, both from the 0.2.93 tarball and from the
git repo, compiling fails with the following error when --enable-glitz
has been passed to configure:

ccm-window-glitz.c: In function ‘ccm_window_glitz_create_pixmap’:
ccm-window-glitz.c:281: error: ‘GLITZ_FORMAT_DEPTH_MASK’ undeclared
(first use in this function)
ccm-window-glitz.c:281: error: (Each undeclared identifier is reported

ccm-window-glitz.c:281: error: for each function it appears in.)
ccm-window-glitz.c:287: error: ‘glitz_drawable_format_t’ has no member
named ‘depth’


I have glitz 0.5.7 installed, and Cairo 1.8.6 is installed with glitz
enabled and 0001-Fix-glitz-support-for-24.8-fixed-point.patch  applied.
I have also tried with glitz built from the ccm git repo.
