I am not sure what the steamdb info website has to do with Factorio,

As far as I know it is a 3rd party website, of which the content we cannot control

The Allegro license is shown in game and is in the downloaded game files:

and there's only some control blueprint lua 02 01 shit and pngs and jsons.
