[AD] Missing members in input_event struct

I am trying to build Allegro 5 from GIT master on Ubuntu 18.04 in a VBox VM.

The errors I get are:

struct input_event has no member named input_event_sec    (line 859 of 
lhaptic.c)

struct input_event has no member named input_event_usec (line 860 of 
lhaptic.c)

I looked up struct input_event and it doesn't have those members, only a 
timeval member, which defines tv_sec and tv_usec.
