Went to finally implement logging in release mode but looks like there's
no need. Someone (Peter?) already has. If you build with
WANT_RELEASE_LOGGING on, you can use allegro5.cfg or
al_get_system_config to set "level" in the "trace" section, e.g.,
setting it to 2 would print warnings and errors (see debug.h for
definitions of the levels, output is done if the debug statement level
is greater than or equal to that set in the configuration...)
