Syntax highlighting of examples would be nice. 

Cross referencing from docs into syntax highlighted example source online would be very nice. I've only really used doxygen and this was fairly easy using that. Would just save having to find and open that example. Links from the source would also help navigate back into the docs. Makes learning the API a lot quicker.

Yes, I've noticed that as well. I can enable the syntax highlighting
easily enough, but I don't know exactly what the cross-reference code
was supposed to do originally so it's best if that is done by you.
