Possibly too late, but ALLEGRO_DST_COLOR/ALLEGRO_INVERSE_DST_COLOR 
and ALLEGRO_SRC_MINUS_DEST/ALLEGRO_DEST_MINUS_SRC don't agree.
The latter are in 5.0 and the former are not so I would suggest to use
the DEST spelling consistently, if it's worth fixing.
