Dear Allegro Developers,
I'm writing to inform you about two things (for the 5.1 branch).
First is a patch for the windows keyboard state (different from the
recently messy patch which has already been reverted).

Second is a feature request to include a builtin font in the library
(like Allegro 4 had). I already wrote all the code (did not write the
documentation yet as Elias advised to wait with that until/if the
code gets accepted).
