I dug up this old thread, as we put on the Haiku GSoC 2012 possible
project list to have a student bring the Haiku Allegro port up to 5.x.
We have a student who has submitted a proposal to do this project.
So I am here now asking if there's anyone who is familiar with the
Allegro code base, who who be willing to co-mentor this project with a
Haiku mentor? We had a similar project last summer to bring the Haiku
SDL2.0 port up to date and that student passed. The student who
submitted the Allegro proposal may or may not make the cut, just
looking to see if we can get a co-mentor involved to help review the
proposal.
